** There is a fee of $105.00 in addition to the base tuition cost in order to take the National Phlebotomy Technician Certification Examination. This is optional and not required, but many local employers have notified us that they only hire Phlebotomist's with the National Certification in hand as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician. Regardless of the class you take, you will receive a certification from class that will allow you to draw blood anywhere in the State of Utah without taking the National Exam.  This is the highest level of certification you can receive in the State of Utah.
